Our Process
Careful steps, in the right order.
A small studio builds slowly on purpose. Understand, then design, then build, then test, then hand over — with the owner in the room the whole way.
- 01
Understand
We start by listening. We sit with the owner and watch how the work actually moves — the texts and paper, the spreadsheets, the memory, the workarounds. We take notes on the parts nobody has time to explain.
- You leave with
- · A written picture of the business today
- · The friction points ranked, not hidden
- · Honest scope — what belongs in this build, what doesn't
- 02
Design
We sketch a system around the way the work already flows. Every screen earns its place. Nothing added because it's fashionable; nothing left in because it's easy.
- You leave with
- · A simple map of the workflow end to end
- · The pages, records, and handoffs that will exist
- · The pieces we're intentionally leaving out
- 03
Build
We build in small, showable steps. The website comes together. The records get set up. The estimates, jobs, invoices, and payments connect into one path. You see progress you can actually use.
- You leave with
- · A website you can share
- · Live records for leads, customers, and properties
- · Estimates, jobs, invoices, and payments wired together
- 04
Test
Before it goes live, we run a real inquiry through to a real paid invoice — together. If something is awkward, we fix it. If something is missing, we say so plainly.
- You leave with
- · End-to-end walkthrough with the owner
- · Fixes made in the open, not stashed for later
- · A clear list of anything intentionally left for a later phase
- 05
Launch & Handoff
We launch the system, provide access and practical documentation, and make sure your team understands how to use it.
- You leave with
- · Access to your configured system
- · Control of your business data
- · Documentation written to be used
- · Clear ongoing-support options
- · Ongoing support is clearly defined in your service agreement
